we have an update limit set to four weeks! if you have not updated after four weeks, your role will be reopened because we will not allow overrides. four weeks should be plenty of time to come up with some sort of update! we only allow one type of activity to be counted here and that is a traditional update on your celeb's activity. it should contain 250+ words in order to be accepted and that does not include the subject title question or any quotes, lyrics, etc in lj cuts.

regarding placeholders: the only placeholder allowed here will be update passes. these will be earned through points that will be provided when you participate in community wide activities, commenting friends only posts, posting in sub-communities, etc. you also have two days to post an intro in the main community or you will be removed.

if you become blurry or cross the ooc/ic line in any way, we will remove you. you will not be warned if you are caught doing this! please refrain for bringing any of your ooc drama into this community and always avoid anon journals. anon journals will not be approved of in our community and if you're caught using one - you could face being removed.

yes, we have update passes! in order to get one for yourself, you need to have at least 100 points you have earned by being continuously active in our community. these can only be used once every two updating periods! if you use one for an update, the next one must be a traditional update and then you may use another update pass for the next update following a traditional update. other rules, how to get an update pass, etc will be explained in the mod journal! a fun bonus to this? the moment you intro you get ten points to start the process!

using an update pass after hiatus/extension: this is not allowed! when you return you can only have a traditional update in your journal for the update to count. using your update pass after a hiatus or extension is unfair to the other active members. so, please, be considerate and update your journal or simply leave the community.

we will not be allowing overrides. if you're inactive the day after updating, without asking for a hiatus, you will be removed and the role will be made available for anyone that wants it. challenges are limited to two per celeb upon applying.

hiatuses and extensions will be granted without us having to know why you're leaving. however, you may only have one hiatus every eight weeks and one extension every eight weeks! this is to make sure no one is hogging their role. also, see the update pass rule about using an update pass after your hiatus or extension.
